Soccer Academy Training Wall (HDPE Rebound)

A youth soccer academy in Mexico installed 24 HDPE rebound boards along the perimeter of their training facility. Each board provides a solo training station where players can practice passing and trapping against a consistent rebound surface.

Spec Used

• Material: HDPE 15 mm thick, UV stabilized
• Size: 1000 × 2000 mm panels
• Color: Academy green with white center target painted (UV print)
• Mounting: Aluminum frame brackets bolted to existing concrete wall

Why HDPE vs Plywood

Plywood rebound boards rot in humid climates within 2-3 years. HDPE lasts 15+ years outdoors with no maintenance. The academy reported cost recovery in year 4 vs annualized plywood replacement.
